Hobson, Bret R.

Tim Hirsch is an associate in the New York office where he works in the firm's antitrust group. His practice is focused on merger analysis and antitrust counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hirsch practiced competition law in Brussels and Paris for several years. He worked on various antitrust matters including premerger notifications, cartel investigations, antitrust litigation as well as internal compliance. He gained experience in the supermarket, aviation, chemicals, energy, animal health and transport industries.                                                                                                                                               

Mr. Hirsch received an LL.M from Cornell Law School in 2008 where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He received a B.A in law from Cambridge University in 2007 as well as a Maîtrise en droit from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
