Timothy Hlavac is a 1996 graduate of Massachusetts School of Law. He has had 15 years experience in both civil and criminal practice, primarily in civil litigation. Attorney Hlavac has been involved with cases in the District, Superior and Appellate Courts in such matters as legal malpractice, BBO issues, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and operating under the influence.
