He has litigated claims of patent and design patent infringement, copyright and trademark infringement and counterfeiting, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and commission of business torts from pre-filing investigations through trial. Bill has represented companies such as Fujifilm, Sobieski Vodka, Yummie Tummie, Klausner Technologies, XpertUniverse, Big League Chew, Foursquare and Fan Funded.
