Linda concentrates her practice in the defense of asbestos inhalation cases on behalf of a major transportation company for which the firm serves as national counsel handling asbestos claims. Linda understands the liability and causation issues involved in asbestos litigation and has a thorough command of the medical diagnostic issues that often are an essential aspect of the defense of an asbestos suit. Linda was a paralegal before obtaining her law degree which has greatly enhanced her understanding of the practical aspects of mass litigation claims. She has lectured in the areas of Legal Research and Writing and Legal Ethics. She has served on an advisory committee to a community college with judges, attorneys and educators to develop standards and procedures to meet the American Bar Associations stringent accreditation requirements for paralegal education.
Outside of the office, Linda is a fourth generation St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan. It started with her great grandmother many years ago listening to the broadcasts of Cardinal games. Linda also enjoys travelling to historic sites in the U.S and overseas. She was at Checkpoint Charley when the Berlin wall was coming down. Linda and her husband live in Godfrey, Illinois a suburb of St. Louis, in Madison County, Illinois.
