Mr. Semian is an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on general corporate and business counseling. He has a broad background in areas such as debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and corporate finance. He advises start-ups and established enterprises on a full range of corporate matters, including structuring, formation, corporate governance, employment and separation agreements and securities law compliance. Mr. Semian has represented both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions and has served as issuer's counsel in both initial and secondary public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. In addition, he has represented both buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition, sale and registration of private aircraft and yachts.
