Beckett Senter is an attorney with the Feder Law Firm practicing securities litigation, business litigation, construction-defect law, and green building litigation. Mr. Senter worked for a national construction contractor as a foreman and project manager at disaster sites around the country. Mr. Senter has personal experience with the concerns of owners, architects, contractors and subcontractors on everything from residential repairs to large-scale commercial construction.

Mr. Senter has a strong interest in environmentally sustainable construction, and the incentives used to encourage Green-building. Mr. Senter is a member of the United States Green Building Counsel, and is seeking LEED certification to supplement his knowledge of sustainable construction practices.

Prior to joining the Feder Law Firm, Mr. Senter was a litigator with Colorado Legal Services handling both defense and prosecution of a wide range of consumer protection, domestic, landlord-tenant, and public-housing disputes.
