Since admission to the Virginia Bar in 1983, Debbie Seidel's practice has focused primarily on litigation and counseling in all areas of antitrust and other business related torts, franchising, and complex litigation in general, including litigation involving patents and other intellectual property. She has been involved in developing and presenting corporate antitrust compliance programs and monitoring trade association meetings for antitrust compliance.

Ms. Seidel began her legal career with Hunton and Williams, Richmond Virginia where she practiced for eleven years and held the positions of Associate and in her later years, Counsel.
