Such estate plans have included the use of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, financial powers of attorney, advance health-care directives and HIPAA medical information release authorizations.
Business Succession Planning Counseling business owners on the formulation, documentation and implementation of business succession plans designed to provide continuity of control and management, and to allow efficient transfer of business interests to future generations. Such planning has involved, in some cases, three successive generations of family members. Such business succession planning has included the use of buy/sell agreements, stock redemption agreements, revocable and irrevocable trusts, business entities (such as corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships), voting trusts, employment agreements, and real property and equipment leases.
Probate Assisting with legal matters involving the administration of estates of all sizes in probate, representing the personal representative of an estate or the beneficiary of an estate being probated.
