Troy Hickman, a partner in the firm's Business practice, focuses in the areas of general business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and business formations, financings, reorganizations and liquidations. Some of his experience includes assisting private equity fund clients with the acquisition of portfolio companies; assisting privately-held clients with venture capital financing transactions; providing local counsel representation in connection with financing or acquisition projects; and assisting clients with general contract and corporate governance issues.
