Liv Herriot is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2010.
Past Experience
During law school, Ms. Herriot completed an internship for the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. She also worked in the New York University Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she worked on a second circuit appeal of an immigration deportation case. Ms. Herriot’s additional internships included the Detainee Abuse and Accountability Project and Workers’ Rights Law Center of New York, Inc. She has researched and analyzed information concerning appeals before the UN Administrative Tribunal, human rights violations of detainees, human trafficking and employment law.
Community Involvement
Ms. Herriot has volunteered with Catholic Charities of Newark assisting with immigration law matters.
