Hickey, Margaret W.

David Herrman is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Texas Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Born in Hays, Kansas, he received his B.A. summa cum laude from George Washington University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991.
