Prior to working at the Law Offices of Susan Millican O'Brian, Ms. Hermon worked as a public defender and has more than ten years of experience representing parents and children in courts throughout Washington. She has dedicated much of her career developing the skills and expertise necessary to provide the highest quality representation to her clients during what is often the most emotionally challenging times of their lives. Ms. Hermon began family law work while attending Tulane University School of Law. Most recently, Ms. Hermon spent six years at Northwest Defenders Association, where she litigated a variety of serious matters ranging from criminal felonies to termination of parental rights. She was selected to supervise the juvenile offender and dependency units, and had oversight of more than ten attorneys and staff in addition to representing clients.
