Heuer, Charles R.

Luis is originally from Puerto Rico. He traveled to the US after his father joined the military in the 1990's. Luis played baseball at the University of West Georgia where he graduated with a BBA in Accounting. He then attended Atlanta's John Marshall School where he graduated with his Juris Doctor.

Luis has worked for Smith, Wallis and Scott, LLP since 2004 and is fluent in English and Spanish. He is currently married with one son and is expecting another addition to the family shortly.
