Kimberly is Firm's Managing Partner and is a 1999 graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and a 1995 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono, Maine. Ms. Scott is licensed by The Supreme court of Texas, The Northern, Southern and Western Federal Districts of Texas and by The Supreme Judicial Court of Maine. Ms. Scott is an experienced litigator and negotiator. Ms. Scott also volunteers her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children removed from their home due to abuse or neglect.
