Noah Scooler is a senior partner in Graubard Miller's Corporate and Securities Department. His practice encompasses a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity and debt financing, domestic and international commercial arrangements, business structuring, banking and security transactions, leasing and secured financing, and employer/employee representation. He also is knowledgeable about environmental and antitrust matters.
Mr. Scooler joined Graubard Miller upon graduation in 1968 from the New York University School of Law (cum laude; Order of the Coif). Prior to attending law school (and during his law school period), he worked as a sales engineer specializing in instrumentation and controls. These activities gave him wide exposure to business operations at all levels, which he believes has been extremely helpful in representing business people and understanding their needs.
Mr. Scooler is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section).
