Jessica Hernandez-Sierra is a Limited Member in the Litigation and Trial Practice. While studying a Masters of Laws at Georgetown University, Ms. Hernandez-Sierra worked as an intern with former Federal Communications Commissioner Hon. Gloria Tristani. Since then, Ms. Hernandez-Sierra has advised telecommunications and cable providers on a variety of regulatory and business matters, and has also represented them in administrative and court proceedings and appeals. Some examples include advice on which services are subject to Puerto Rico regulation, obtaining certification from the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board, and on renewal of cable franchises. Ms. Hernandez-Sierra has also represented a variety of corporate clients in claims involving commercial disputes, including construction, government procurement and bids, contracts, torts, product liability and banking.
