Scott Henrie is a Member in the Seattle office where he has practiced since 1982. His practice involves civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial disputes, debtor creditor rights, trusts, receiverships, reorganizations and bankruptcy estates. He has represented clients in numerous accounting disputes and related matters and is currently representing the trustee in the Michael R. Mastro bankrupcty, possibly the largest bankrupcty ever filed in Washington State with over a half billion dollars in claims. He is also currently representing the Round Valley Indian Tribe in connection with breach of fiduciary duty and trust accounting claims in the United States Court of Claims.
Mr. Henrie has also been recognized by the Seattle Met magazine as a "Top Lawyer" in Commercial Litigation for 2010, a designation based upon Martindale-Hubbell's ranking of those practitioners in King County who have been judged by their peers to be "AV Preeminent"-the highest peer-review rating available.
