Hernandez, Christine C.

Eric is a hands-on litigator and business advisor dedicated to achieving results by working closely with his clients. He has broad civil litigation and business law experience, including employment litigation, contract negotiation and litigation, insurance coverage disputes, defamation, and catastrophic injury. His focus is on comprehensive business representation by addressing the diverse legal needs of small to medium sized businesses and their owners. Eric believes open communication with his clients is essential for excellent representation and emphasizes a collaborative approach to achieving goals.

Eric is a northeast Ohio native. He attended the Honors College at Kent State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with dual degrees in English and Psychology. He also studied business and public policy at Georgetown University and early American literature at the University of Akron. He attended law school at Case Western Reserve University where he graduated cum laude with an emphasis on business law and litigation.

Eric is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association.
