Hernandez, Alberto H.

Daniel B. Schwartz, Esq. received his J.D. from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 1994. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Schwartz maintained his own practice of law, specializing in litigation as well as matrimonial and family law until 2003, when he affiliated with a well known Manhattan law firm with an extensive matrimonial practice. He joined KGG in the summer of 2008.

Mr. Schwartz regularly handles all types of matrimonial and family law cases; both simple and extremely complex. He has tried numerous cases to completion, and successfully pursued appeals before the appellate courts.
