Dale Schwartz defends immigration removal and deportation cases in the Immigration Courts located in Atlanta, Georgia and he serves clients with immigration needs such as employment visas, family-based permanent residence applications, marriage-based green card petitions, adjustment of status, labor certification and bona fide asylum claims in Georgia and throughout the United States.
Dale Schwartz is the author of various articles on immigration law and has served as the National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1986-87). Dale serves on a number of national boards of organizations concerned with immigration and refugee matters, and has testified as an expert witness before committees of the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate on immigration legislation. He has been extensively honored for his contributions in the immigration law field and has been a frequent guest on national radio and television programs (Nightline, 60 Minutes, CNN, etc.).
Attorney Schwartz is an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Emory University School of Law, and was Co-Chairman of the Immigration Law Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association. He was appointed as Chairman of the S.E. United States for the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation by Lee Iacocca. He is also actively involved in the representation of companies, universities and employees in obtaining immigration benefits for persons seeking to come to or remain in the U.S.A.
