THOMAS P. HENICAN is an associate in the firm's New Orleans office. Mr. Henican has extensive litigation experience and has handled numerous adversarial civil disputes, at all levels and in multiple jurisdictions, with an emphasis in general and commercial litigation, maritime defense, insurance defense, corporate, bankruptcy and employment law. Mr. Henican has represented insurance and other interests in a wide range of litigated cases for more than twenty years, including maritime, casualty, vehicular, premises liability, business litigation, commercial disputes, employment disputes, as well as various areas of personal injury defense, indemnity, coverage and contractual disputes. Mr. Henican has developed extensive experience in procedurally and substantively complicated cases involving jurisdiction, venue, removal, multiparty and multi-district litigation, complex commercial and bankruptcy issues, multi-plaintiff employment and other disputes, intricate insurance issues and maritime litigation.
