Jon graduated from Chester High School in 1968, Jon received his BA Degree in History from Clemson University in 1972. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1976 where he was a member of the Wig and Robe and received the American Jurisprudence award in Contracts. Jon is a member of the Lexington Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Injured Worker's Advocates Association, South Carolina Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. As well as practicing in the South Carolina Courts, he is licensed to practice before the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court. Jon focuses his practice in the areas of workman's compensation, personal Injury, social security and disability law and civil litigation.
