Michael Held is an associate in the bankruptcy department focusing his practice on corporate transactions. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, creditors’ committees, landlords and bankruptcy trustees, regularly handling all aspects of complex bankruptcies, workouts, reorganizations, debt restructuring, creditors’ rights and remedies, loan enforcement and restructuring asset sales and acquisitions. Mr. Held assists in the review and negotiation of numerous contracts under the Uniform Commercial Code, Article 2.
In the corporate department, Mr. Held focuses on general corporate and business representation and transactions, mergers & acquisitions and formation and structuring of business entities and relationships.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Held was an officer in the U.S. Army.
