Danielle Schroder's practice is focused on labor and employment litigation, including employment discrimination, wage and hour cases, employee benefits disputes, and labor litigation. She also works on individual and class action consumer cases.
Ms. Schroder graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She was a participant and coach of the Wisconsin International Commercial Arbitration Moot team, a writer and Managing Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal, a member of the Mock Trial Team and a member of Christian Legal Society. She was recognized with scholarship awards from the Oneida-Vilas-Forest County Bar Association and the American Bar Association's Joint Committee on Employee Benefits.
Ms. Schroder received bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She devoted much of her time to the Spanish-speaking community, joint teaching a bilingual summer school classroom with the AmeriCorps program, volunteering at the Catholic Multicultural Center and at La Comunidad News, and traveling to Guatemala to support Fair Trade Coffee. She also worked for the Wisconsin State Senate and interned with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
Ms. Schroder is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
