Lindsay focuses her practice on tort litigation and products liability defense. She has worked on cases involving toxic exposure, occupational injury, wrongful death, and pharmaceuticals. Lindsay has significant experience drafting pretrial motions, managing discovery, and taking depositions. She is currently a member of the legal team representing Mattel in class action litigation arising out of the company's voluntary recall of toys containing lead paint and rare-earth magnets.
