Bill Hedeen has practiced primarily in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, probate, insurance defense, banks and banking, civil litigation and civil mediation since joining the firm in 1949. With over 50 years of experience representing people and businesses in the Worthington community and surrounding areas, one would be hard pressed to find a more qualified and well-respected attorney to represent his or her interests. Bill was admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1949.

Personal Information:

Bill Hedeen was born in 1922, in Biwabik, Minnesota. He graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in 1943 and he attended the University of Minnesota School of Law, where he received his LL.B. in 1948. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association (in which he served as Secretary to the Section of Taxation and Member of the Board of Governors); a member of the American Bar Association (in which he served as a Member of the House of Delegates); and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Bill and his wife Katherine live in Worthington, Minnesota.
