John Schneider was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a graduate of St. Louis University Law School and a member of both the New York and Missouri Bars. He has a Master's degree in counseling from Washington University. Mr. Schneider was a criminal defense attorney in New York and an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles, Missouri.
John has undergone extensive training in mediation and collaborative law. Through years of litigation and trial experience in some of the toughest venues in the United States, Mr. Schneider has come to believe that mediation and collaborative law are excellent methods to resolve many issues in divorce, paternity, custody, and other family law issues. Time, money and emotions can be saved through these approaches by avoiding the need for trials and court hearings.
Mr. Schneider also believes in offering individuals who desire non-contested divorces reasonable legal rates.
