Calvin J. Heinle joined Todd & Weld as an associate in 2010. He concentrates his practice in family law and probate litigation. Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Mr. Heinle founded the Law Office of Calvin J. Heinle in Boston, focusing solely in probate and domestic relations litigation. Prior to founding his practice, he worked as an associate with DiPiano Godson LLP; as an intern for the Justices of the Boston Municipal Court; and as a law clerk for Children's Legal Services in Brookline.
Mr. Heinle received a B.A. in History, with Honors Program Distinction, from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2004. He received a J.D. from New England School of Law, Boston, in 2007. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
Mr. Heinle has served as a guest speaker for MCLE and for New England School of Law. He also served as the Editor of the Massachusetts Family Law Journal from 2007 through 2009.
Mr. Heinle has served as an elected council member of the Middlesex County Bar Association since 2008 and has been named Chairman of the Education Committee. In this position, Calvin Heinle oversees the organization of various training seminars for the benefit of other members of the bar. He also volunteers his time for Senior Partners for Justice in Boston.
Mr. Heinle was named a 2009 Rising Star among lawyers in Massachusetts in Boston Magazine. He has also been given a rating of “4.4/5 - BV/Distinguished” by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Heinle is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association.
