Kathy was born in Pasadena, CA and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 2001. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Kathy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997 and a Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Hastings School of Law in 2001. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. Her law practice has focused on insurance coverage and bad faith defense, tort litigation, and products liability.
