Jim Schleiffarth practices in the areas of business law, estate planning and real estate law.  Jim is committed to helping small businesses and individuals meet their legal needs at a reasonable cost. Jim has been in private practice with three different law firms during his career, and prior to founding the Schleiffarth Law Firm, Jim worked for one of the most renowned law firms in St. Louis in the business transactions department. A native of St. Louis, Jim is active in his community and belongs to several service and community organizations.

Business Law. Jim represents small businesses and individuals regarding all of their legal needs. Jim counsels businesses in trandsactions, contracts, disputes and company operations.  Jim also guides new businesses through the business formation process.

Wills and Estate Planning. Jim works with individuals to form an efficient estate plan that meets their personal and family needs and ensures that life events will be handled as smoothly as possible. His focus is always on personal service, clear communication reaosnable fees. Jim focuses on preparing wills, trusts,  powers of attorney and related documents.

Real Estate. Jim represents clients in all phases of real estate sale, purchase and development. He prepares all types of property-related contracts, represents clients before government bodies, and advises clients with respect to all of their real estate needs.
