Keith M. Hayasaka is based in the Atlanta office of Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer, LLP. His broad civil litigation defense practice includes premises liability, products liablity, commercial litigation, railroad defense, and transportation related litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hayasaka practiced at a large Atlanta insurance defense firm and has experience representing restaurants, stores, insurance companies, homeowners, churches, hotel management, contractors, and product manufacturers in actions filed in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Hayasaka graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 1998 with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. After several years of work experience on the West Coast, he earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, he was on the Moot Court Board, a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court, and a Georgia Civil Justice Foundation Scholar. As a member of the mock trial team, he competed in multiple competitions, winning the Southeast region of the National Trial Competition and first place in the annual Georgia law school closing argument competition.
Mr. Hayasaka is a member of the Georgia Bar, Atlanta Bar and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state and appellate courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
