Erick Haynie is an of counsel in the Litigation group who focuses his practice on general commercial litigation, real estate and contract litigation. He has prosecuted and defended various commercial disputes, including trial work for various Northwest businesses.

Erick has also prosecuted and defended numerous pro bono matters, including elder abuse cases, debt collection actions, consumer law disputes, credit reporting disputes, residential eviction actions and child custody disputes. Legal Aid Services of Oregon recognized Erick for his pro bono contributions to the community with the Community Partnership Award in 2004.
