Camille R. Hawk joined the law firm of Walentine, O'Toole, McQuillan & Gordon, L.L.P. as a partner in January of 2009, specializing in the areas of real estate and lending law, mortgage law, creditors rights, banking law, foreclosure law and collections. She earned a B.A. degree in Sociology from Creighton University and a J.D. degree from Creighton University School of law in 1994. While in college and law school, she was a member of the Dean's list and earned the AmJur award for two of her classes. Before practicing law, Ms. Hawk worked for several years in the financial services industry as a Senior Account Manager. Ms. Hawk has taught several seminars covering the areas of foreclosure law, collection law and creditor-debtor relations, and has authored several articles related to creditor rights. She serves on several boards in the community, is a Leadership Omaha Class 30 graduate, a past chair of the Bank Attorneys Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association and is a fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She is highly active in the community and has held several board positions for both for and not for profit organizations. She is licensed to practice in the states of Iowa and Nebraska.
