Mr. Hatton's practice emphasizes real estate law, construction law, and general business litigation, asset recovery, replevin and foreclosure of security interests in personal property.

Mr. Hatton is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Mercer University's School of Law. Mr. Hatton is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
