Fawn Schanz joined Dickstein Shapiro's Business Litigation Practice in 2007. Ms. Schanz focuses her practice in the areas of general business litigation and labor and employment. Her professional experience includes extensive pre-trial law and motion practice, as well as civil pre-trial discovery. She represents individual and corporate clients in breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, and copyright and trademark actions. She also defends employers against harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims. Ms. Schanz's recent experience includes assisting in the defense of several companies against trademark and copyright claims and the defense of a global company in a products liability class action. She also recently assisted in obtaining a defense verdict for a California company after a lengthy jury trial regarding employment-related claims.
