Born and raised in central Iowa, Ben Hassebrock is a 2001 graduate of the University of Iowa and a 2007 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. During law school, Ben served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Missouri Law Review and authored two casenotes. Afterward, Ben began his practice in business litigation at a Kansas City firm, where he focused primarily on insurance coverage matters. He moved to Miami to join Ver Ploeg & Lumpkin in 2009, and currently represents policyholders in all types of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
