Dulcie Scanlon practices primarily in the derivatives and structured finance areas. She represents issuers, commercial banks, and investment banks in the structuring of derivatives and other financial products, including collateralized debt obligations. Dulcie also represents clients entering into various swap agreements. In addition, she has significant experience in the municipal securities structured product area, including representing sponsors, investors, and trustees in tender option bond programs.
