I have been involved in the active practice of law in Hays County, Texas and surrounding counties since 1974. I have had extensive criminal and civil trial experience with the focus on civil work. My practice consists primarily of a high volume of family law, personal injury work, and extensive mediation work. I will customarily mediate over 150 cases a year. With the formation of a local collaborative law group, we have witnessed a steady increase in the use of this process to resolve cases. I also have experience in handling collaborative law cases.
I am a Trained Mediator, including Family Mediation, and trained in Collaborative Law.
