Gwen Froeschner Hart, born Dexter, Missouri, April 10, 1945; admitted to Missouri Bar 1978; admitted to Illinois Bar 1980. Preparatory education was at University of Missouri at Rolla. Legal education was at Washington University School of Law. She has been a partner in the Columbia, Missouri law firm of Shurtleff Froeschner Harris, LLC, or its predecessors, since 1982. Ms. Froeschner was formerly a member of the legal staff of the Federal Land Bank of St. Louis. She divides her time between bankruptcy and commercial law, personal injury law and general litigation. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association Commercial Law Committee and the Boone County Bar Association Commercial Law Committee.
