Danielle C. Harris-Baker joined the Domestic Relations team in August of 2010.
Her practice encompasses all areas of domestic relations including drafting and enforcing pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, paternity, custody, child support, adoption, guardianships, removal, same-sex divorce, cohabitation agreements, and domestic violence.
Ms. Harris-Baker has been regularly appointed by the Probate and Family Court as a Conciliator in divorce and modification proceedings. She has also been trained as a Guardian Ad Litem in divorce and custody disputes.
Prior to joining Seegel Lipshutz & Wilchins LLP, Ms. Harris-Baker focused her practice in domestic relations and probate litigation while gaining substantial trial experience in all areas of family law litigation and domestic violence.
Ms. Harris-Baker received her B.A. from American University in 2000 and her J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. While at Wisconsin, she was President of the Moot Court Executive Board, competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, coached Moot Court teams preparing for various national competitions, and served as Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Women's Law Journal.
Ms. Harris-Baker is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Courts.
