Hart, John David

John David Hart has been practicing law since 1981. He has made a career out of defending the rights of people who’ve been harmed by others.

John is Board Certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He also is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is Board Certified as a Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate and Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  John is Martindale-Hubbell AV rated. John has been recognized in Texas Super Lawyers 2003-2011. He also received Top Attorney honors from Fort Worth, Texas magazine for 2006-2011.
