Alex Harrell focuses his practice on commercial and creditors' rights litigation, representing businesses and individuals involved in all manner of disputes. Alex has represented clients in a broad assortment of matters, from simple collection actions to complex commercial cases. He also represents private creditors and governmental authorities in proceedings before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. In addition to his litigation practice, Alex assists clients in the formation of new business entities. Prior to joining Brackett & Ellis, Alex practiced for two years with another Fort Worth law firm. Alex is a lifetime Fort Worth resident, and is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Alex also studied at the Summer Law Institute at la Universidad de Guanajuato, Facultad de Derecho, in Guanajuato, Mexico. Alex has been recognized by Fort Worth Magazine as a "Top Attorney" in the area of civil litigation.
