Harrington, Caitlin Marie

Tami is an attorney in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is based in our Minneapolis office and is a member of the Business Law Section. Tami practices principally in the areas of:

• Business and corporate law
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Limited liability companies

Tami has been designated a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tami received both her B.A. and B.S. with honors from the University of Colorado. She received her law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. During law school, Tami was a staff member and associate editor of the William Mitchell Law Review and assisted in the publication of several books, including Limited Liability Companies: Tax and Business Law and The Process of Legal Research. She joined Briggs in 1994.
