I’m Peter Sandberg, a personal injury and wrongful death lawyer. I’ve settled millions-of-dollars’ worth of claims for Minnesota families, and won hundreds of trials as well. I’m a Fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates; enjoy an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (the highest professional and ethical rating for lawyers) and have a wide-ranging experience handling personal injury and wrongful death claims.
My life began with the Village of Zumbrota in 1945 where both brother, Dave, and I were born. I graduated from University of South Dakota in 1972; moved to Rochester and have lived here ever since. On February 15, 1975, my wife, Cynthia, and I were married, and we have been blessed with seven children and eight grandchildren. We worship at Autumn Ridge Church.
I won a First Amendment/Free Speech case at no cost to the client before the Minnesota Supreme Court, and have done so for other people who can’t afford to hire a lawyer. Pro bono is a big component of my practice. What counts with me is customer service. When you need a lawyer to help you with a personal injury or wrongful death claim, please call, see or email me. A good lawyer makes a big difference.
