Harrigan, John M.

John I. (Jay) Harper has practiced law since 1971.  After twenty years of litigation practice, during which he represented individuals, businesses, and physicians, Mr. Harper obtained his L.L.M. in Taxation.  Thereafter, he has represented a broad range of individuals and companies concerning estate planning, business, and taxation related matters.
