After articling and practicing at a boutique Vancouver law firm, Kent Sanderson moved his practice to Surrey, becoming a partner of the firm in 1995. Kent has an extensive practice as a litigator in personal injury claims, foreclosures, collections, insurance claims, contract disputes, builders liens issues, trust law matters and employment law. For 20 years he appeared as outside counsel on behalf of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. He has appeared regularly in Chambers and at trial in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and has appeared in the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Kent also practices with the firm's real estate department.
