Erin Hardtke's practice focuses on a variety of commercial lending transactions. She represents corporate borrowers as well as financial institutions in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of secured and unsecured syndicated and single bank credit facilities, including senior and subordinate debt issuances, working capital financings, and acquisition financings.

Erin also has broad experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting asset securitization and structured finance programs representing domestic and foreign commercial and investment banks, commercial paper conduits, and monoline insurers as investors, purchasers, placement agents, and providers of credit enhancement.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Erin worked as a senior attorney at LaSalle Bank.
