Madhavi Samudrala, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at our firm. Madhavi received her U.S. Masters in Law Degree (LLM) from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and her Bachelors in Law Degree (LLB) from Government Law College, Mumbai, India. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu with some proficiency in Marathi.

Madhavi Samudrala is admitted as an attorney in New York, U.S.A. as well as in India. She is a member of the New York Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is also actively involved with the American Immigration Lawyers for the Indian Sub-Continent (AILISC).

Madhavi Samudrala is a native of India and has professional experience working in the area of U.S. immigration law since 2001. Madhavi handles the family-based immigration work and has interacted extensively with U.S. Consulates and Embassies in India, Pakistan and Bangldesh. Ms. Samudrala has also successfully represented clients in I-601 & I-212 waiver applications, humanitarian reinstatements and CSPA cases involving children who turn 21 years. Additionally, Madhavi has been able to successfully reopen cases where the I-130 petitions were denied by CIS. Apart from the family-based immigration, Madhavi has represented clients in employment-based cases as well as several different types of non-immigrant visas.
