Mr. Salb is the Managing Attorney of Lippman & Semsker. He litigates and provides counsel on employment matters and family law cases. His clients including individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
His employment law practice includes discrimination, general employment law, severance agreements, and employment contracts.
His family law practice includes adoptions, custody disputes, and divorces. Much of his family law practice is in the area of alternative family law, such as helping gay and lesbian families form partnerships and second-parent adoptions.
