Practicing law since 1974, Daniel Hanley specializes in estate planning, elder law and real estate law. Dan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to help his clients with a variety of legal needs. Before beginning his legal career, he served in the military (USMC) and was employed as an accountant. In addition to a MBA and Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University, Dan is also a licensed real estate broker in 1980. With this extensive and varied background, he is well-versed in all the legal details involved with financial and real estate transactions.

Well known in Silicon Valley, Daniel Hanley has served as a court appointed expert witness for numerous cases involving trusts and estates, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and legal malpractice in Partnership law. He has also taught real estate licensing courses, business law, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and probate "boot camp" for lawyers.
